Privacy Policy

Murakan Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who utilize the Company's services.     • When the company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to business partners within the necessary scope for the purpose of outsourcing service provision (such as sending products, samples, or catalogs).

  4. Article 4 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling)

    Our company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, we will thoroughly examine the eligibility of the outsourcing party, establish confidentiality obligations and other matters in the contract, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourcing party.

  7. Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

    1. Users may request the Company to suspend the use, deletion, or provision to third parties of their personal data held by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.").
    2. Upon receiving a request as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall promptly conduct the necessary investigation, and if it determines that there is a valid reason for the request, it shall implement the Suspension of Use, etc. However, if the Suspension of Use, etc. requires significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to implement, the Company may take alternative measures that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user.
    3. If the Company makes a decision regarding the implementation or non-implementation of the Suspension of Use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it shall promptly contact the user in question.
  8. Article 8 (Procedure for Changes to the Privacy Policy)

    We will review the contents of this policy as necessary and strive for its improvement. The contents of this policy may be changed, except for matters separately stipulated by laws and regulations or other provisions of this policy. The revised privacy policy will take effect when it is notified to users by our designated method or published on our website.

  9. Article 9 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)

    We will comply with applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding the personal information we hold.

  10. Article 10 (Response to Complaints and Inquiries)

    We will accept complaints and inquiries from users regarding the handling of personal information and respond appropriately and promptly. We will also respond swiftly and appropriately to requests from users for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, refusal of use, or provision of their personal information.

  11. Article 11 (Safety Management Measures)

    The personal information entrusted to us by users will be protected against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage through the implementation of organizational, physical, human, and technical measures, such as access restrictions to personal information files, recording access logs, and security measures to prevent unauthorized access from external sources. In the event of an incident involving the leakage of users' personal information, we will promptly report it to the supervisory authority in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidelines, and will take necessary actions such as implementing measures to prevent similar incidents and prevent recurrence, following the instructions of the relevant supervisory authority.     Our company may use cookies to provide better services to our customers; however, this does not allow for the collection of personally identifiable information, nor does it infringe on our customers' privacy. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can change your browser settings accordingly.

  13. Article 13 (Use of SSL)

    When entering personal information, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure security and to prevent interception, interference, or tampering of this information.
